RevantaRCM ("we", "our") is a medical billing practice based in Suwanee, Georgia. This policy explains what this website collects, how that information is used, and how patient information is handled once a practice becomes a client.

Information this website collects
If you submit a form on this site, we collect the fields you fill in:
- Your name
- Practice name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Medical specialty and state
- The billing challenge you describe
Do not include patient names, dates of birth, claim numbers, or other protected health information in the form. This website is not the channel for patient records.
The site also receives ordinary technical data from your browser, such as pages visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, and the date and time of the visit. Google Analytics and, when a Google Ads campaign is running, Google Ads use cookies for that measurement. A form submission can also record a conversion on the thank-you page.
The form is checked by Google reCAPTCHA, which receives a token from your browser so we can reject automated submissions.
How we use it
Form details are used to reply to your inquiry, prepare a billing audit if you asked for one, and keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell contact information and we do not share it with other practices or with list brokers.
A submission is emailed to RevantaRCM. Google receives the analytics, advertising, and reCAPTCHA data described above, under Google’s own terms. We keep inquiry records for as long as they are needed to respond and for ordinary business records, then delete them.
Client billing work and HIPAA
When a practice hires RevantaRCM for billing, protected health information is exchanged only after a Business Associate Agreement is signed. That information is handled under the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and under the service agreement, not under this website policy.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site will still load. Blocking cookies can stop Google from measuring the visit or recording a form conversion.
