What this site is
The site describes medical billing, denial follow-up, credentialing, and related services for physician practices. Nothing on the site is medical advice, legal advice, or a promise of a particular collection result. Figures such as claim rates and recovered revenue describe past work and are not a guarantee for your practice.
Inquiries
If you send a form or call, provide accurate contact information for the practice. A free audit is a review of the billing situation you describe. It does not start paid work and it does not require you to hire RevantaRCM. Do not send patient information through the form.
Service agreements
Billing, access to practice systems, fees, and handling of protected health information are governed by the service agreement and Business Associate Agreement signed with that practice. Those documents control if they conflict with this page.
The site itself
Text, layout, and graphics on this website belong to RevantaRCM. You may not copy them for your own commercial site. You may link to public pages.
We may change, interrupt, or remove pages without notice. Information can become out of date.
Liability
The website is provided as is. RevantaRCM is not liable for damages that result from using the site, being unable to use it, or relying on general information published here. Liability for paid billing work is set in the service agreement.
Law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes about the website are handled in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
